Containing five different roots used in Chinese Medicine and Western Herbalism, as well as dried elderberries and reishi adaptogenic mushroom, Rooted in Healing Tea is great to drink when you first feel a cold, cough, or flu coming on - it also assists in getting you through it faster if you’re already under the weather.
Contains Ginger Root, Licorice Root (contraindicated with high blood pressure), Roasted Dandelion Root, Astragalus Root, and Marshmallow Root (may slow absorption of other prescriptions or supplements - wait an hour after taking any pills before ingesting the tea), elderberries, and reishi mushroom powder.
